System Tools is collection of visual editors that allow the everyday Surpac user to leverage tricks usually restricted to the realm of the power user. Easily manage your system logical definitions with the certainty of the correct syntax and path definition. Create and edit command alias files such that you can quickly and easily define your own shortcut command names including alias names for your own macro scripts. Setup your keyboard function keys to be hotkey shortcuts to do what ever you want whether that be editing functions, internal Surpac commands or even to run your own macro scripts. Learn how to use range files for those complicated non uniform ranges that take ages to enter and are prone to input errors. Expand you knowledge and use of logicals to create portable database definition (ddb) files. All the System Tools facilities have been developed to be easy to use and to assist you with automatic selection of defaults where ever possible. There are a number of different functions available within the System Tools suite. Please see the System Tools manual for detailed information.
